Important Notice

WorldStep offers twocategories of products: Customized and In-stock. Please note the specificpolicies for each:

Customized Insoles

As bespoke productstailored to individual foot profiles, customized items are non-refundable andnon-exchangeable once the order is confirmed, pursuant to consumer protectionexceptions for personalized goods.

In-stock Products

Standard stock items(insoles, braces, socks) are eligible for a 7-day inspection period. Items mustbe unopened and in original condition. Returns are not accepted after 7 days orif the seal is broken.

Color Variance

Minor colorvariations due to monitor settings are not considered defects.


Return Requirements

1.         Product IntegrityItems must beunwashed, stain-free, and returned with all original tags, accessories, andpackaging.

2.         Consolidated ReturnsPlease consolidateall items from the same order into a single return package.

3.         LogisticsWe provide doorsteppickup via Hsinchu Logistics. We do not support convenience store returns.Orders returned due to failure to pick up within 7 days cannot be reshipped.

4.         Defective ItemsShipping costs forconfirmed defective exchanges will be fully covered by WORLDSTEP.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions

1.         HygieneReasonsOpened personal items (insoles, socks) cannotbe returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

2.         Manual DamageItems with removedtags, signs of wear, or intentional damage.

3.         Promotional GiftsPromotional gifts ornon-product add-ons.

 

Refund Process

1.         Credit CardRefunds will becredited back to your card. Arrival time depends on your issuing bank.

2.         Other PaymentsPlease provideaccurate bank details for wire transfers. Refunds are processed within 14 daysof verification.

3.         InvoicesHard-copy invoicesmust be returned with the product for the refund to be processed.
