WORLDSTEP Custom Insole Ordering Guide

In-Stock and Pre-order Items

To provide diverse options, WORLDSTEP offers both pre-order custom items and in-stock items as explained below:

  • Custom-Made Insoles (Pre-order): These are pre-order items. The customization process (including sending the impression box) begins only after the payment is verified and the order is confirmed.
  • Non-Custom Items (In-Stock): These are ready-to-ship items. Packaging and shipping will occur within 1–3 days after the payment is verified and the order is confirmed.

Payment Methods

WORLDSTEP currently accepts "Credit Card" and "Bank ATM / Web ATM Transfer."

  • Credit Card Online Payment: We support VISA, MasterCard, and JCB. The entire transaction uses SSL security mechanisms to ensure your data remains confidential.
  • Bank ATM / Web ATM Transfer: A virtual bank account number will be generated after checkout. Please complete the transfer via ATM, WebATM, or online banking within 3 days.

Shipping Information

WORLDSTEP uses "Hsinchu Logistics (Room Temperature)" for home delivery and "7-11 / FamilyMart" for convenience store pickup.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over NT$1,000 (after discounts) qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, a shipping fee of NT$100 will apply.
  • Custom Insole Logistics: For custom-made products, there are no shipping charges for sending/returning the impression box or delivering the final product. Please notify us in advance when returning the impression box.
  • Processing Time: Impression boxes and in-stock items will be shipped within 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
  • Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No deliveries are scheduled on weekends or national holidays.
  • Delays: Shipping may be delayed during peak holiday seasons or due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).

Invoicing (Receipts)

WORLDSTEP issues physical paper invoices.

  • Pre-order items (Custom Insoles): The invoice will be sent along with the finished insoles.
  • In-stock items: The invoice will be included in the package at the time of shipment.
  • Business Tax ID: If you require a Unified Business Number (UBN) on your invoice, please enter your tax ID and company title during checkout.
