To protect your rights, WorldStep offers a 30-day free comfort adjustment service, a one-year warranty on components, and an insole refurbishment and upgrade service. This allows your valuable insoles to be upgraded to match your activity level, further enhancing your athletic performance.

※The 30-day free comfort adjustment service is only applicable to mold-made insoles.

Warranty Exclusions

Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons) or force majeure events, resulting in water damage or delamination.
Malfunctions or wear and tear caused by improper use or human error.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

Please contact WorldStep Customer Service before requesting a refurbishment or upgrade. Our team will assist with order creation and provide instructions for shipping back your used insoles.
Both refurbishment and upgrade services include our "30-Day Free Comfort Adjustment" guarantee—the same level of protection as our new products.
Please allow 14–20 working days for the refurbishment or upgrade process to be completed.
